Eastercon organisers will send and receive thousands of message during the convention planning, but still many important things will be missed and people will feel ignored, such is the nature of distributed, amateur, con planning. No convention has tried implementing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system yet, most just advertise a range of email addresses for public access, and a set of internal email discussion groups, and hope.
